  Horrible. Be careful as it is very unproffesional. First I received an invoice stating cash or check as payment. Then at 4 pm I received a call saying my credit card would be charged if I didn't show up for pick up by 5. Pick up time was posted as 5-7. They said they would be there until 6. I sent my wife to the bank for cash which caused me to be there after 5. Then after driving to the pick up my materials were missing. Apparently another buyer took them. Wasted time gas and money and didn't get items I bid on and won. Will not bother attending live or on line auctions with this company. I can forgive an error but all stated times and payments being changed after the fact and items missing is absurd. They didn't seem to care either. Be careful before you bid.
